Scott Brown has served as a CHF board member since 2012, and as a Professor of Disability Counseling at Riverside City College since 2001.  Prior to that, he worked in K-12 as a special education teacher, administrator and school psychologist.  Along the way, Scott has been an avid collector of graduate degrees and certifications, culminating in a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (post-secondary education and disability) at UCLA.  Scott currently lives in San Juan Capistrano with his partner, Mary, and a sleepy old lab named Leila.
